We work with Fema – Transportes Express & Logistics to ensure safe and fast delivery from our warehouse, retail store, or production site directly to your address.

Shipping rates are provided by our logistics partners and shown for informational purposes only. The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout before you complete your order.

PayPal

• Select PayPal as your payment method at checkout. You will be redirected to the PayPal website.

• Log in to your PayPal account or create one if you're new.

• Confirm the payment and you’ll be redirected back to our website, where your order will be confirmed.

Bank Transfer

• Once you select Bank Transfer as your payment method, we will send you our bank account details by email.

• After completing the transfer, please send us the payment confirmation receipt.

• We will proceed with processing your order as soon as the payment is confirmed.

MB Way

• If you choose MB Way, we will provide you with our MB Way contact details.

• Once you complete the payment and we receive confirmation of it, your order will be processed immediately.

We currently offer shipping to Portugal and European countries.

Portugal

• Deliveries within mainland Portugal are usually completed within 48 business hours after dispatch.

• The shipping cost is 5% of the total order value, calculated automatically at checkout.

• All deliveries are handled by our trusted logistics partner: Fema – Transportes Express & Logistics.

Europe

• We ship to most countries within Europe.

• Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination country.

• The exact shipping fee will be confirmed only after your order is placed, following consultation with our logistics partner.

• Once the delivery details are confirmed, you will receive an email with the shipping cost and estimated delivery time for approval before final confirmation.

Orders placed and packaged by 6 PM (local time) will be processed and dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 6 PM will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
