By accessing and using the website www.yourack.eu, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website.

1. Brand Identification

Yourack sells physical racks for storing surfboards, skateboards, snowboards, and similar items. All products are the exclusive property of Yourack.

2. Website Use

You are granted permission to temporarily view the content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may NOT:

  • Modify or copy materials from the site;

  • Use the materials for any commercial or public display purposes;

  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software on the site;

  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices;

  • Transfer or mirror the materials on any other server or platform.

 

This license automatically terminates if you violate these restrictions.

3. Products and Payments

  • Physical products are shipped from available stock;

  • Accepted payment methods: MBWay, bank transfer, PayPal, and cash in hand (for local pickup);

  • Orders are processed only after full payment confirmation;

  • Installment payments are not accepted.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipments within Portugal are made via FEMA courier, with a fixed shipping fee of 5% of the order value;

  • Delivery time: up to 48 business hours after dispatch;

  • Shipping to Europe available upon request, with costs and delivery times (estimated 3-7 business days) confirmed individually.

5. Order Processing

  • Orders paid and confirmed before 6 PM (18:00) are dispatched the same business day;

  • Orders received after this time will be dispatched on the next business day.

6. Warranty and Complaints

  • All products come with legal warranty;

  • For defects or non-conformities, contact info@yourack.eu with a description and photos;

  • We will evaluate and guide you regarding returns or replacements.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the website (images, texts, logos, design) is the exclusive property of Yourack or licensed third parties. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Yourack shall not be liable for:

  • Damages resulting from the use or inability to use the website;

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses;

  • Delays in delivery caused by factors beyond our control (strikes, weather, accidents, etc.).

9. External Links

The website may contain links to third-party websites. Yourack is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or functioning of those external sites.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on the website.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the region of the brand owner.
