Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Have all original tags attached;

Be returned in its original packaging;

Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@yourack.eu. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@yourack.eu so we can assess the situation and resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original product following the above return process and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
