Returns

• We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be in the same condition as when you received it;
• Be unworn or unused;
• Have all original tags attached;
• Be returned in its original packaging;
• Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@yourack.eu. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

• Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@yourack.eu so we can assess the situation and resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Custom or personalised products;
• Sale items;
• Gift cards.

Exchanges

• To exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original product following the above return process and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

• Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Delivery Options Provided

We work with Fema – Transportes Express & Logistics to ensure safe and fast delivery from our warehouse, retail store, or production site directly to your address.

Shipping rates are provided by our logistics partners and shown for informational purposes only. The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout before you complete your order.

While we aim to keep this information as accurate as possible, the list of delivery providers may occasionally be outdated. If you notice any discrepancies, please contact us so we can update the details accordingly.

Shipping Destinations

Portugal

• Deliveries within mainland Portugal are usually completed within 48 business hours after dispatch.
• The shipping cost is 5% of the total order value, calculated automatically at checkout.
• All deliveries are handled by our trusted logistics partner: Fema – Transportes Express & Logistics.

Europe

• We ship to most countries within Europe.
• Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination country.
• The exact shipping fee will be confirmed only after your order is placed, following consultation with our logistics partner.
• Once the delivery details are confirmed, you will receive an email with the shipping cost and estimated delivery time for approval before final confirmation.

 

Processing Orders to Shipping

Orders placed and packaged by 6 PM (local time) will be processed and dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 6 PM will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
